Single Sign On (SSO)

HxDR platform also supports integration with enterprise Single Sign-On (SSO) systems, allowing users to authenticate using their existing enterprise credentials.

• Enterprise Integration: Seamlessly integrate with corporate identity providers, enabling users to access the platform using their enterprise credentials.
• Standard Protocols: Utilize industry-standard protocols like SAML and OpenID Connect to ensure compatibility and security, through centralized authentication.
• User Experience: Users can enjoy a simple and streamlined authentication experience with a single set of credentials.

Login process for SSO customers

• Goto https://hxdr.app (opens in a new tab).
• Along with the username/password pair, there will be another option: user can click 'Log in with Single Sign-On'.
• User will be presented with a single text field where they can enter an email address. Click Next.
• If HxDR does not recognize the organization based on the email, they will be shown the following error message

• If the email is recognized, the user will be forwarded to their company login provider. If they are already logged in, in the current browser, their identity will be detected. Otherwise they need to log in using their company’s usual login experience (including 2FA if enabled.)
• Upon successful login, the user is automatically redirected back to HxDR or Reality Cloud Studio(RCS).
• User is now ready to use HxDR/RCS. They are logged in, can see their name and company email address filled out, their user will belong to the relevant company account.
